How to change Threaded Forum layout? Make Status upvote. Move author to end of row. And make topic logo spot where author was.

Hello, I don't know how indepth topic fields addon is so I don't want to purchase. I want to take a threaded forum and when a topic is posted I want the ability to replace status with an upvote, move the author profile to end of row, and replace where the author was with a logo that represents the post.
